Return Procedures for International customers

INGOROKVA STORE applies its best effort to provide excellent service and high quality products. It is important to us that you absolutely love your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the item(s). We are pleased to accept timely returns of item(s) in unused, unworn, unwashed, uncleaned and undamaged condition. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches. Please, avoid wearing makeup, perfume/deodorant when trying on clothes and contact with perfume/deodorant/water when trying on jewelry, as we will not be able to accept the return with the evidence of scent or marks on the item. Customer can return an item for the duration of fifteen working days after receiving the parcel. In case your parcel is damaged, on arrival you must declare such damage before the courier. Once returning the parcel item must be declared as a “returned item”, do not to declare the cost. INGOROKVA STORE customer has only 5 days after receiving the parcel to request Return.

In case you decide to return an item, please, follow the relevant procedures. To request Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number the use the link below (bottom of the page). After receiving the item, INGOROKVA STORE team will inform about the next steps. INGOROKVA STORE customer is not allowed to return the parcel without following the procedure mentioned above. Note that you are responsible for shipping and handling expenses and they are non-refundable.

Refunds and balance

Once the returned parcel reaches the warehouse, you will receive confirmation via e-mail and money will be refunded to you (excluding shipping cost) in ten working days, except holiday season, during which return processing may take more time than expected.

Or, in case of return you are able not to request refund and may keep your payment amount on your account balance, with added value.

Please note:

Once amount with added value is reflect on your account balance, it can’t be refunded anymore, only can be used for future purchasing on INGOROKVA STORE.

No refunds will be issued for an item returned in a used/damaged condition or without the original tags, pouches and boxes (Please completely follow the RMA).

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Sale items are non-returnable/refundable. Items on clearance, 50% sale or more are non-returnable.

Earrings, swim wears and pre-ordered items are non-returnable.
